Volunteers from the congregation support the worship, fellowship and service life of Faith.
Sunday Morning Assistants
Thank you to our many lay volunteers who cheerfully and skillfully do the tasks to make worship happen at Faith Lutheran. Areas where we use lay support are: Acolytes, Assisting Ministers, Coffee Hosts, Communion Assistants, Lectors, Sound Techs and Ushers. Some of these roles can be filled by a single trained person, some are easy to do with a partner or a family together, some can be done or assisted by children… but all are vital to make the whole church body engaged in creating quality worship where the Word can be heard clearly, and all the people feel welcome, engaged and included. You can fill in your own name on the Lay Task Grid or you may call or email Cam Bennett or Carol Davies in the office. Even if you need to make changes later, it helps us tremendously to have folks fill in a place to serve once a month. ~ Blessings, Cam Directions for Volunteers

Worship
Working in cooperation with the pastor and director of music, this committee brings the experiential part of worship to life by providing visual and tactile components to enhance the worship experience. They also listen closely to the congregation in order to provide helpful feedback regarding the worship experience. |
